Strength and Weightlifting

Our Strength classes combine functional weight training with the option of dynamic pad work, giving you a powerful mix of resistance training and conditioning in one session. We focus on building real strength using dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight movements, and resistance bands all in small, supportive groups with a maximum of 6 people per class. Each workout is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay resilient for the long term.

Pilates

£15 per class (max 6 people)

Move Better. Breathe Deeper. Build Lasting Strength. Our outdoor Pilates classes are designed to help you feel more connected, more aligned, and more in control of how your body moves. With a focus on core strength, posture, stability, and mobility, these small-group sessions (maximum 6 people) offer hands-on guidance and personalised attention whether you're a beginner or returning to your practice. Set in the calm, open space of Battersea Park, our Pilates classes offer a refreshing break from busy studios and crowded gyms. You’ll move through each session with focus and purpose, surrounded by fresh air and nature.

Yoga

Whether you're completely new to yoga or refining your practice, you'll be guided through a flow that builds strength, flexibility, and ease.
