We offer small group fitness classes in the beautiful surroundings of Battersea Park. Our classes include Yoga, Pilates, and Strength/Weightlifting sessions, all led by experienced instructors.
All classes take place outdoors in Battersea Park, London. We'll provide exact meeting points for each class and instructions when you book, its usually The Peace Pagoda but we always confirm and do a live location on WhatsApp.
For Yoga and Pilates we provide mats or please bring your own. For Strength/Weightlifting classes, we provide the necessary weights and equipment, you provide the muscle.
Yes! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Our instructors offer modifications and progressions to suit everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
We keep our group sizes small — typically 6 people — to ensure everyone receives personalised attention and support.
We train outdoors, rain or shine! In case of extreme weather conditions, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule the class or offer a refund.
You can book a class directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred class, date, and time, and secure your spot.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate workout clothes and supportive footwear. Layers are a great idea for unpredictable London weather.
Yes! You can cancel up to 12 hours before your class or reschedule if under 12 hours. Check your confirmation email for details on how to manage your booking.
